SOLA DI FAVIGNANA is a London Dry Gin made with botanicals exclusively from Italy and mostly grown and harvested naturally on Favignana island; may be the best kept secret island of Sicily.
Taking in inspiration from the surroundings of our untouched island and the depth of our cultural heritage, we have created ISOLA DI FAVIGNANA - GIN to reflect the flavour of botanicals harvested directly from our healthy soil, which captures the essence of the spirit of our culture. Yet we are doing much more than making GIN and spirits, we are regenerating the soil, enhancing the biosphere, and protecting Favignana’s botanical and cultural heritage. It’s dirty hands, hard work, full hearts, and a deep love for the terroir.
